Role Overview: Remote Virtual Assistant
As a Remote Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping communication, scheduling, documentation, and customer coordination smooth and efficient. You'll support departments remotely by managing digital workflows, ensuring clear follow-ups, speaking with customers when needed, and helping the team stay organized and informed.
This position is perfect for someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, fluent in spoken English, and loves helping others succeed through organization and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and communication support to sales, customer service, and operations teams.
- Schedule appointments, update calendars, and follow up with customers and trade partners.
- Answer inbound calls when required, and assist in coordinating messages between departments.
- Prepare and organize digital documents, contracts, proposals, and customer records.
- Maintain accurate data entry in CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred) and project software.
- Send follow-up emails, reminders, confirmations, and status updates.
- Track and document project milestones, customer inquiries, and service requests.
- Assist with social media posting, basic content organization, and marketing updates.
- Support the leadership team with digital task tracking, meeting summaries, and reporting.
- Provide outstanding virtual communication, always representing the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English (clear communication is essential).
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, virtual assistant, customer coordination, or remote office support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy: proficient with Google Workspace, CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred), and basic project/task management tools.
- Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based team members via Zoom, phone, email, and CRM.
- Experience in a construction, roofing, or home improvement environment is a plus -- but not required.
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours (Eastern Standard Time overlap required).

Compensation & Benefits

- Hourly rate: $8 - $12 USD/hour (DOE)
