Role Overview: Leads Manager & Office Administrator
As our Leads Manager & Office Administrator, you will manage all incoming leads, maintain CRM accuracy, and support day-to-day office operations. You'll work closely with the Business Owner, Business Manager, Sales, Marketing, and field teams to ensure leads are followed up properly, customers are supported, and nothing falls through the cracks.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a professional, positive demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & CRM
- Manage all incoming leads from initial contact through scheduling and follow-up.
- Follow the established lead follow-up structure and document all required lead data.
- Maintain the CRM (Pipedrive) daily, keeping all deals up to date and compliant.
- Flag missing information or issues and notify the appropriate team member.
- Track lead progress and assist with reporting and performance insights.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Marketing team to review lead quality and trends.
Office Administration & Leadership Support
- Provide direct administrative support to the Business Owner and Business Manager.
- Schedule appointments, estimates, and internal activities.
- Assist with documentation, organization, and business processes.
- Communicate professionally with customers, staff, trade partners, and vendors
- Help resolve issues by coordinating between customers, sales, and operations.

Qualifications

- Experience with CRM systems and office software preferred.
- Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in roofing, construction, or home services is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Schedule
- $23/hour + performance incentives ( $1200+ per quarter)
